    Beefing up your lunch tray

    I-BAND hosted a continuing education class in August!

     I-BAND along with other state groups hosted a class in Bismarck for school cooks in the state of North Dakota!

    Speakers included:

    Rebecca Polson (video/chat) - Certified Chef Rebecca Polson was a Culinary Trainer for the Minneapolis Schools. She has been an Executive Chef for Nashville Schools and holds the SNS, School Nutrition Specialist Credential.
